Location: Woodcliff Lake , NJ
Project: This project was to remove all existing pine molding that original builder installed that was rotted from improper caulking and installation. Custom milled fluted side molding was used to replace rotted pine. All side casing, detailed wrap around trim molding and kick plate molding were also replaced. The materials used to replace were made of foam and pvc that does require paint and will not warp or rot from water or insects.
