Location: Wycoff, NJ
Project: The homeowner wanted us to simply frame out the basement and create two rooms, two closets and one large open area. We used steel metal studs to frame out the parimeter of the basement and built sofits to cover the i-beams. A dri-core sub-floor was installed over the concrete slab. The homeowner was going to finish the basement off themselves once framing was completed.
