Location: Nanuet, NY
Project: Installation of pre-hung exterior doors. Both front entrance and side entrance. Additional framing and custom features were added. [view photos]

Location: Allendale , NJ
Project: Fabricated and installed custom recessed panel wainscoting, custom chair rail molding in front foyer and up staircases. Wainscoting was made from paint-grade poplar and MDF with custom molding for the recessed panels. [view photos]

Location: Allendale , NJ
Project: Built a set of custom bookcases, bookshelves and fireplace mantel from floor to ceiling on either side of fireplace. Fabricated custom one inch solid oak counters stained matching color of floors. Finished all bookcases with crown molding wrapping bookcases and custom built mantel. [view photos]

Location: Spring Valley, NY
Project: Removal of two exterior rusted steel doors. Installation of two exterior fiberglass Therma-Tru commercial-grade doors trimming doors out with PVC molding trim. In addition removed steel awning. [view photos]

Location: Harrington Park , NJ
Project: Built a set of custom bookcases and bookshelves from floor to ceiling on either side of a custom fireplace mantel that houses a large flat screen plasma tv. Along other side of room, built floor to ceiling matching bookcase. Finished all bookcases with large custom crown molding wrapping bookcases and custom plinth blocks and fluted casing along fireplace pillars. [view photos]

Location: Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ
Project: This project entailed remodeling two full bathrooms. The first floor bathroom remodel included a custom shaped shower enclosure with frameless glass enclosure, marble inlay tile and custom wood vanity with marble top. The second floor bathroom remodel included marble flooring, custom wood trim molding, subway tile shower surround, electric heated floor and a frameless glass enclosure. Each bathroom was completed gutted down to studs and floor joists. [view photos]

Location: South Nyack, NY
Project: This project was a complete kitchen remodel from demolition to custom cabinetry and granite countertop installation. New sub-floor was installed over joists and 1/4" tile backer before setting beautiful 18" tile on 45 degree angle. All walls were skimcoated smooth and prime & painted. New custom built cherry cabinets were installed and granite countertop and stainless steel appliances finished the kitchen remodel. [view photos]

Location: River Vale , NJ
Project: This project was phase I of a kitchen remodel and included the stripping and staining the cabinets with a rich, dark cherry stain. We removed all hardware from cabinets and replaced with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Installed stainless-steel gas cooktop, stainless-steel hood, stainless-steel dishwasher and stainless-steel sink. Installed laminate countertops and tiled backsplashs. Finishing touches included applying venetian plaster on the walls, installing halogen recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting and painting all trim molding. [view photos]

Project: Installation of cedar closet lining and custom wire shelving closet system in basement closet. Painting was done by client. [view photos]

Location: Closter, NJ
Project: This project was installation of two interior six foot french doors. In an existing opening the door was installed and trim molding installed. On opposite site wall, opening was created, new header was installed, drywall was patched and new trim molding was installed. The french doors were pre-primed from the factory and homeowner was going to paint the doors and trim themselves. [view photos]

Location: River Edge, NJ
Project: This project entailed a complete home remodel including opening two load bearing walls and creating an island and arched passway, installation of ceramic tile flooring, finishing hardwood flooring, painting & skimcoating all walls, remodeling two bathrooms, reframe new floor in previous den addition, installation of berber carpet, custom 5/4" oak thresholds, new front entrance door, new custom pressure treated fence and gate and custom granite counter top fabrication. Location: Wycoff, NJ
Project: The homeowner wanted us to simply frame out the basement and create two rooms, two closets and one large open area. We used steel metal studs to frame out the parimeter of the basement and built sofits to cover the i-beams. A dri-core sub-floor was installed over the concrete slab. The homeowner was going to finish the basement off themselves once framing was completed. [view photos]

Project: Partial Basement Remodel included installation of new vinyl 5' window, frame out basement walls with metal studs, build new wood staircase down to basement, insulation of walls and ceiling, installation of low-voltage lighting and speakers, drywall walls and ceiling, painting, installation of custom stained french doors, installation of dri-core sub-flooring, new electrical and new heating.[view photos]

Location: Woodcliff Lake , NJ
Project: This project was to remove all existing pine molding that original builder installed that was rotted from improper caulking and installation. Custom milled fluted side molding was used to replace rotted pine. All side casing, detailed wrap around trim molding and kick plate molding were also replaced. The materials used to replace were made of foam and pvc that does require paint and will not warp or rot from water or insects. [view photos]

Location: Rivervale, NJ
Project: Built custom staircase to a remodeled basement. Mixed a custom stained and applied on solid oak risers and treads to match existing pre-finished hardwood floors. Applied 4 coats of poly for added protection and both risers and treads were secured with 16 gauge finished nails and no-squeek construction adhesive. [view photos]

Location: Nyack, NY
Project: Built Custom Radiator Cover to match existing craftsman-style features of the home. The baseboard molding was custom made to also fit existing molding throughout the home. A bracket was built to support the cover to the wall and easily be removed to service the radiator. The client choose to paint the cover themselves. [view photos]

Location: Rivervale, NJ
Project: Remove existing window and frame out for new six foot pella architect series french door and new pella window. Structural header beam was installed. Framed a new closet and removed existing closet opening the foyer space up. Drywall, insulation, mud and tape. Installation of new custom wood craftsman-style trim molding, new closet doors, pre-finished hardwood flooring and painting. [view photos]

Project: Installation of cedar siding and custom wood/composite trim around new window and new french door. Installation of craftsman mission lights on either side of french door. [view photos]

Project: Installation of new pre-finished engineered hardwood flooring over concrete. Concrete surface was grinded smooth and a leveling agent was applied before glue down installation. [view photos]

Project: Built Custom Mud Room Bench and Storage. Custom Bench and Storage was built to clients specification from a magazine photo. All materials were primed and painted and new molding was scribed to tile floors. Wainscoting and hooks were installed along back of bench. [view photos]

Project: Complete bathroom remodel. Raise ceiling to existing roof line, installation of new skylight, low voltage lighting, exhaust fan, new pella window, all custom woodwork, porcelain 13" tile with marble accent, custom mirror, one-piece toilet, fiberglass tub, and custom maple cabinets. Location: Dumont/Creskill, NJ
Project: This project was to demo existing kitchen and frame out a new addition off the back of the house. Add new structural support beams for new larger opening between kitchen and dining room and reposition windows and doors. Also included siding new addition, roofing new addition, and adding new sliding glass door and windows. [view photos]

Location: North Haledon, NJ
Project: Project was to remove existing load bearing wall, install new structural support beam enlarging space between two rooms and installing new custom wood molding to match period arts & crafts style trim work existing throughout rest of the home. A custom oak threshold was also created to bridge transition from one room to next. [view photos]

Project: Remove existing vinyl floor and install ceramic 12" tile throughout small bathroom. [view photos]

Location: Rivervale, NJ
Project: Removed water damaged drywall and damaged framing from dining room bay window area. Installed new insulation throughout bay and low-voltage lighting in ceiling. Installed new drywall then taped and mud all seams.[view photos]

Project: Interior Painting of a split level home. All walls were washed and spackled and sanded smooth. All outlets, vent covers and switches were removed before painting and put back after painting. Two coats of latex flat paint were applied to walls. [view photos]

Location: Secaucus, NJ
Project: Removal of all old baseboard, and leveling & installation individual pine wainscoting tongue and grove panels on two walls of dining room. Installed base and cap rail molding and cut for outlets. All surfaces were sanded and caulked for client to paint. [view photos]

Location: South Orange, NJ
Project: 2000 sq ft basement remodeling project. The complete project included a lounge area, home theatre, pool table area, full size bathroom, utility room, closets, future kitchen, custom sauna and a wood workshop. Everything from rough framing to finished carpentry was done.[view photos]

Project: Installation of new architect series roof shingles. Removal of all old roof shingles, installation of ice membrane over eves and roof lines and installation of NEW continuous eve vent and ridge vent. [view photos]

Project: Exterior Painting of split level home. Scrape existing peeling paint on cedar siding and wood trim. Caulk seams as necessary. Apply two coats of exterior grade latex flat premium paint. [view photos]
